On March 31, 2023, at 1:30 PM, PSSg Llena Sol JovitaM M Josefa, COCPO personnel under the supervision of PCPT BY RON-JOHN RATUNIL, OIC PS9, under the leadership of PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director, attends the soft launching of “Mom App” by Modern Nanays of Mindanao.
This new mobile application promotes milk sharing in the community and elevates the support of breastfeeding through technology. The app aims to connect a mother to other mothers who are willing and able to donate their breast milk/s. It also aims to help support women in their journey in breastfeeding and promote the overall infant growth. The ability to recognise a mother for their small and big achievements and give support on their course and challenges of motherhood. This app launching is very timely to our Women’s Month Celebration with the theme, “We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.”
