Cagayan de Oro City, (April 17, 2024) – The Cagayan de Oro City Police Office under the esteemed leadership of Police Colonel SALVADOR N RADAM, City Director has informed the public pertaining to the successful serving the Warrant of Arrest against J******* B****. D******, 46 y/o, single and residing at St. Ignatuis, Brgy. Macasandig this City for his pending Warrant of Arrest (Service Of Sentence) for the Violation of RA 9165 Sec 15 with Criminal Case No. R-CDO-23-01988-CR dated April 11, 2024 issued by HON. ARTHUR L ABUNDIENTE, Presiding Judge, Br 25 RTC 10, CDO. The said operation was covered by Alternative Recording Device (ARD) as required.
In a report made by Police Colonel Radam to Police Brigadier General RICARDO G LAYUG JR., Regional Director of Police Regional Office 10 has stated that on or about 10:45 AM of April 17, 2024. Tracker Team of City Intelligence Unit (CIU) COCPO led by Police Captain JUNE PAULETTE J DOCALLOS, (Team leader) under direct supervision of Police Lieutenant Colonel GIL MANALO AGPAOA, Chief CIU conducted intel driven operation at Brgy Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City that resulted to the successful serving the Warrant of Arrest against the accused for the Violation of RA 9165 Sec 15 with Criminal Case No. R-CDO-23-01988-CR dated April 11, 2024 issued by HON. ARTHUR L ABUNDIENTE, Presiding Judge, Br 25 RTC 10, CDO. The said operation was covered by Alternative Recording Device (ARD) as required.
City Director emphasized that the accused was apprised of his constitutional rights in vernacular to fully understand the nature of his arrest as mandated by law then immediately brought to Police Station 9 Nazareth to put into record then now under the custody of this office for documentation before properly turn over to issuing court. Subject person was temporarily detained at Maharlika Detention Cell.
