On December 26, 2022, at 9:00 AM, PLTCOL REY GAUDENCIO A TABOCLAON, DCDO, under the leadership of PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director, spearheaded the conduct of Joint PNP/AFP Peace Concert Caravan and Cascading of the concept of KASIMBAYANAN at Kiosko Kagawasan, Divisoria Cagayan de Oro City along with PLTCOL EVAN N VIÑAS, Chief, CCADU. The said activity was participated by the Regional Director of NICA 10, Dir. Manuel Orduna, Representative from Task Force Oro, SSG Reuben Palahang, Bishop Pio Butch Pequiro, COCPO KASIMBAYANAN Life Coach, MD Jackie Lyn Ann Elaco, Former Rebel, bonified member of Philippine Army, along with Bureau of Fire Protection, Advocacy Support Group Task Force Quatro, CCADU PNCOs, SCAD PNCOs, CMFC and Special Unit personnel and Criminology Student Interns.
This activity is one of the best practices of COCPO regularly conducted to forge collaborative efforts between the AFP and PNP and with other counterparts to showcase various talents from the uniform personnel. The program aligns with the CPNP flagship program the “PNP KASIMBAYANAN” following the security framework M+K+K=K which stands for “Malasakit+Kaayusan+Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran”. The activity also highlights the delivery of basic services offered by COCPO to our indigent beneficiaries, the Peace and Order concern of COCPO and ensure to general.
