On December 30, 2022, 6:30 AM, PCOL AARON MONTALAN MANDIA, City Director, together with the Command Staff ,Chief of Units, Station Commanders and COCPO Headquarters personnel along with ATTY. HILARIO P. RAAGAS, City Administrator of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippine Army, BFP and various heads of different government and Non government agencies in consonance with PNP KASIMBAYANAN. In partnership with the community, LGU of Cagayan de Oro and Local Religious Sectors conviened in commemorating the death anniversary of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. This momentous event was held at the Monument of Jose P Rizal at Rizal Park, Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City.
