Our genuine concern to improve the quality and efficiency of service that we render to the Kagayanons to reduce crime and provide a faster solution to crime gave way for the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office to launch “Higalang Pulis Always At Your Service” web site. This will give the community a faster access and quick response of the police force to address where it is needed most.

However, no matter how effective our efforts are in reducing crime, a constructive partnership between the police and the community is needed to identify and solve community problems. The police is no longer the sole guardians of law and order, that means all members of the community will become an active allies in our effort to enhance the safety and quality of our neighborhoods. By logging on to this website, you can report any suspicious acts, or illegal and criminal activities for immediate police actions. The safety and the confidentiality of your identification are guaranteed not to be revealed. The community members can also voice their concerns, contribute advice, and take action to address these concerns. Reinvigorating communities is essential if we are to deter crime and create more vital neighborhoods. This requires trusts, full cooperation, creativity, understanding, and patience of both the police and the community.
