COCPO – Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Spokesman PMAJ EVAN N VINAS informed the listening public that PMAJ PETER TAJOR, Station Commander Police Station No.6, Puerto informed PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director that his tracking team apoeared before the place of a certain IP leader purposely to verify the standing warrant of arrest against DATU AMER L. ALIBOC a.k.a DATU LAWLAWAN, legal age, married, resident of Purok 1, Bagong Silang, Brgy. Gusa, CDOC the warrant of arrest for violation of (1st) GRAVE COERCION, docketed under Criminal Case No. M-CDO-22-02178-CR, with bail recommended of Php 12,000.00, duly issued and signed by HON. ABOUBEN JADE R. PABELLAN-BACAL, Presiding Judge of MTCC 10th Judicial Region of Branch 6, Cagayan de Oro City, given on August 5, 2022 and (2nd) GRAVE COERCION, docketed under Criminal Case No. M-CDO-22-02177-CR, with bail recommended of Php 12,000.00, duly issued and signed by HON. FAY L. GARCIA-SASIS, Presiding Judge of MTCC 10th Judicial Region of Branch 4, Cagayan de Oro City, given on August 16, 2022.

Upon verification it was learned that the accused already posted the required bail bond on his Two(2) pending WOA for his temporary liberty, dated August 23, 2022.

It can be recalled that the accused was tagged as the leader of the lumads who illegally occupied the Zayas landfill, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.#
