Cagayan de Oro City Police Office- On August 31, 2022, PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director lauded the significant accomplishment of the operating team of Police Station 8 during the drug buy-bust operation which yielded a positive result which resulted to the arrest of the target persons identified as JESREL TAPAY y EDROSO 29 years old and ARJOHN CLARK JARAP y EDROSO both with live-in partner and a resident of Zone-2, Brgy. Baikingon, CDOC that transpired on the same date, about 3:30 PM at Zone 2, Brgy. Baikingon, CDOC .
Personnel of PS8 led by PMAJ ALDREN ESTRADA BACULIO, Station Commander successfully conducted the said operation in coordination with CIU-87-08312022-110 and PDEA 10 under pre-ops number 30002-082022-0626 which resulted in the arrest of the two target persons.
Bought from the suspect 1pc sachet of heat sealed transparent cellophane containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu worth 500 pesos.
Further, recovered from the suspects 2 pieces heat sealed transparent plastic cellophane containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu with total estimated weight of 3.5 grams with total estimated market value of 23,800.00pesos and buy-bust money worth 500 pesos consist of 1pc Five Hundred peso bill with serial number G721847 and two (2) unit touch screen cellular phone realme brand color blue and vivo brand color red.
Markings and photographs were made at the scene in the presence of Brgy Captain of Brgy. Baikingon, CDOC, DOJ Representative and Media personality from iFM Radio.
The said Suspects are now under custody of Police Station 8 for case filing.
