COCPO- On September 5, 2022 at 2:27PM, PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director commended the tracker team from City Drug Enforcement Unit-COCPO and City Intelligence Unit-Cocpo for the successful serving of Warrant of Arrest to certain Irish Guanzon y Alejandro, of legal age (April 4, 1988), married, PDL and a resident of 105 Bria Condo, kauswagan, CDOC for violation of Estafa in relation to RA 10175 at City Jail, Lumbia, CDOC.

The Official said the Tracker Team from CDEU-COCPO led by PCPT MIKE DIOREN M CAVAN (Asst. C, CDEU) under the direct supervision of PLTCOL JAMES O GAYLAN (C,CDEU) OPCON with CIU-COCPO under the direct supervision of PLTCOL HARVEY S ABELLANOSA (C,CIU) successfully served the warrant of arrest to the above named accused who has pending criminal case for violation of Estafa in relation to RA 10175 docketed under CRIM. CASE NO. R-CDO-22-02646-CR, issued by the Presiding Judge, Branch 21, Cagayan De Oro-Misamis Oriental, RTC 10 Judicial Region, dated August 12, 2022.

Said operation conducted was covered by body-worn camera.

The accused was apprised of her Constitutional Rights in vernacular that she would understand as mandated by law and is already detained in Lumbia City Jail.
