COCPO joins with the Ayala Foundation in BRIGADANG AYALA and Maging Magiting Campaign in DepEd, Division of Cagayan de Oro City
September 7, 2022- Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Personnel under the leadership of PCOL AARON M MANDIA joins with the Ayala Foundation Inc. in BRIGADANG AYALA, Balik Eskwela Program and Maging Magiting Campaign, an Advocacy that promotes love of the country with the turn over ceremony of Philippine National Flags, Writing pads and Hygiene Kits to different Government offices/agencies as beneficiaries including the PNP, BFP, DepEd and LGU, CDO at DepEd City Division Office, Fr. Masterson Avenue, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
The said event was well attended by top officials from the Ayala Foundation Inc. and Ayala Group of Companies represented by Ms. Challie Dimaano, Senior Director, Ayala Foundation, Inc., Mr. Rhett Villaruz, President, WAABC Cagayan de Oro, GM, Seda Centrio Hotel, Mr. Garret Paolo B. Nolasco, Senior Manager, Mindanao Lead Ayala Foundation, Inc., Ms. Ludette Domingo, Senior Manager, Finance, Ayala Foundation, Inc., Mr. Aaron Arante, Mindanao Lead, Generika, Mr. Ludimer Caballero, Cagayan de Oro Hub Head, Entrgo, Ms. Dana Solijon, Marketing Head, Centrio Mall, Mr. Harold Rotor, CDO Head, APMC, Hon. Marlo Tabac, Brgy Chairman, Gusa, CDO and Vice President of Liga ng mga Punong Barangay, CDOC, PMAJ EVAN N VIÑAS, Chief, CCADU/PIO, FINSP EDGAR LAWAN, BFP, Cagayan de Oro and Dr. Loribina Carasco, Asst. School Division Superintendent, CDOC.
A total of 15 pcs of Philippine National Flag was turned-over to PNP COCPO which was received by PMAJ EVAN N VIÑAS, Chief of City Community Affairs and Development Unit of COCPO along with 15 pcs for Bureau of Fire Protection which was received by FINSP EDGAR LAWAN, Fire District, Cagayan de Oro City.
Another 80 pcs of Philippine Flag was also turned-over to Barangay LGUs which was received by Hon. Marlo Tabac, Chairman of Brgy Gusa and Vice President of Association of Barangay Chairman, CDO and more or less 124 pcs was turned over to DepEd, Division of CDOC and received by Dr. Loribina Carasco, Asst. School Division Superintendent. On the otherhand, 500 packs of hygiene Kits was also turned-over to DepEd Division Office including a writing pads for Grade 1-3 of the same office.

The Maging Magiting Program is a partnership program of Ayala Foundation, National Historical Commission of the Philippines, DepEd and Chooks-to-go. These partners are all committed to promoting the love of country, added, Mr. Rhett Villaruz, President, WAABC Cagayan de Oro and General Manager, Seda Centrio Hotel during the BRIGADANG AYALA and Maging Magiting Campaign in CDO.
PMAJ EVAN N VIÑAS, C, CCADU/PIO delivered the message of the city director highlighting the significance of the National Symbol to the men and women in uniform and likewise acknowledged, appreciates and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Ayala foundations for raising this kind of activity and for choosing PNP as one of its beneficiaries.
