COCPO – Your Higalang Pulis PMAJ EVAN VINAS, C, CCADU/PIO under the leadership of PCOL AARON MANDIA, City Director is pleased to inform the general public that on August 30, 2022 at about 1:30 in the afternoon while at Prk 6, Sapong, Initao, Camelon, Mis., Or., PMAJ Jerson Estanilla and PMAJ Julius Saluta, both Station Commanders (COCPS7 & COCPS2) jointly arrested one RUBY MAGAS y GUILLERGAN, 34 years old, married a resident of Zone 5 Canitoan, Cdoc and temporarily residing at Purok 6 Sapong Camelon, Brgy Initao, Mis.,Or., by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case number R-CDO-20-01249-CR for violation of ART. II SEC. 5 PARA. 1 OF R.A 9165 with NO Bail Recommended duly issued and signed by HON. MARIA CORAZON BADILLA GAITE-LLANDERAL Presiding Judge of Branch 40 RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Cagayan de Oro City given on March 31, 2022.

The officials further stated that the accused is on their custody subject to be turned over to the issuing court.
