COCPO Successfully conducted the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (RPSB) Send-Off Ceremony
COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director lauded the collaborative participation of the representatives from different Government Agencies present during the COCPO Send-off Ceremony of the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay (RPSB) Cadres on November 11, 2022, 2:00 PM at COCPO Headquarters, Brgy 40, Poblacion, Cagayan de Oro City.
On the above-said date, time and venue, attendees from different agencies has converge on the said event and impart their knowledge while reaffirming their pledge of commitment to fully support the “Campaign Plan Tinabangay” of Area Police Command of Eastern Mindanao
through the Revitalized-Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) as our agent of development to Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas, and willfully commit themselves to actively participate on the activities and projects of the PNP and the government in making all barangays of Cagayan de Oro City a SAFE and CONFLICT-RESILIENT AREAS ready for development.
HON. ROMEO V. Calizo, Ret. Gen. PA, AFP, City Councilor of 1st District of Cagayan de Oro City, the Chairman for Peace and Order Committe (GOHS), has delivered his message centered on the significance of the collaborative efforts of different Government Agencies in the delivery of basic services to the public with the full support of the Barangay Local Government Unit, the LGU and LCEs, the PNP, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, other Government Agencies and the community.

Piquero, Life Coach also reaffirmed their commitment to fully support the programs of the PNP and the National Government in building a better and safe communities along with the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Besigan SK Chairman Andrian Magay, Brgy. Dansolihon, Councilor Elizor Hagunao, Brgy. Taglimao Councilor Junrey Siscon, Brgy. Tagpangi Chairwoman Sabang, Brgy. Tuburan Councilor Charlito O Yañez and friends from the Media has committed to support the same agenda.
The activity highlighted the kick-off deployment of COCPO RPSB participants as they begin to perform their program of activities initiated by the NHQ towards the community living in the hinterland Barangay of the City labelled as Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (Red Areas) where the presence of the CPP/NPA/NDF ideology exist.
This activity is in relation to the flagship program of the CPNP, the KASIMBAYANAN “KApulisan, SIMbahan, at pamayaNAN” in consonance to the M+K+K=K security framework. (Malasakit + Kaayusan + Kapayapaan = Kaunlaran).
