PS9 HOT PURSUIT OPERATION YIELDED POSITIVE RESULTS
COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director marks the significant accomplishment of PS9 personnel on the successful conduct of hot pursuit operation that resulted to the arrest of suspect a certain Tyson Ihong, 20 y.o., single and recently residing at Zone 7, Mahayahay, Brgy. Bayabas, CDOC on January 25, 2023 at 2:50 P.M. at Upper Bontula, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City.
In his report, at around 9:00 A.M. of this date, victim identified as John Lloyd Romeo Pudiquet, 23 y.o., resident of Zone 1, Tibasak, Macasandig, CDOC reported at PS9, that his Motorcycle Yamaha DT, color Black, bearing plate number KE5270 with motor number 4R-0385218 was allegedly missing at around 6:00 A.M of January 25, 2023 while parked outside his house.
Immediately PS9 personnel conducted hot pursuit operation that resulted to recovery of said MC and successful arrest of said suspect at Upper Bontula, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City at around 2:45 P.M. of January 25, 2023.
The suspect is temporarily detained at PS9 custodial facility and case being prepared for filing.
