COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director expressed his personal Salute to the operating team from COCPO and with the tracker team of Cabadbaran CPS for the successful apprehension of a certain Ronnierick Cabangbang, 34 yrs old, married, male, and a resident of P-2, Brgy Balang-Balang, RTR, Agusan del Norte at about 01:35PM of January 24, 2023 for the crime of Rape of which the arrest transpired at P3, Brgy. Mabini, Cabadbaran City.

In his report, the tracker team of CCPS, led by PSSg Roldan Alarcon, Warrant PNCO, under the supervision of PLTCOL DAVE ANTHONY R CAPURCOS, COP, (lead unit) and personnel of Cagayan de Oro Police Office, Police Station 3, led by PCPT MACARIO L. LINOG JR., jointly conducted an operation against wanted person that resulted in the apprehension of aforesaid suspect at P3, Brgy Mabini, Cabadbaran City by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under CC No.2013-220 for the crime of Rape issued by the Presiding Judge, RTC Tenth Judicial Region, Branch 19, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.

The suspect presently in custody of Cabadbaran CPS while the copy of the WOA will be returned to the issuing court.

PCOL Mandia, CD, COCPO assures the public that the LOI MANHUNT CHARLIE operation will be sustain and will continue to chase wanted person with existing warrant of arrest. Hence, Appropriate award and citations is being prepared to the deserving COCPO who have shown exemplary in the performance to duty.
