COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director marked the commendable action rendered by the operating teams which resulted to the arrest of a certain Archie Obenita y Cabaraban, 39 years old, Married a Parola, Brgy. Macabalan, CDOC on January 24, 2023 at around 8:01 PM for Violation of R. A. 9165 transpired at Daumar St., Brgy. 33, CDOC.

In his report, at about 8:01 pm of January 24, 2023. PNP elements of COCPS2 SAID led by PMAJ JULIUS GADRINAB SALUTA, Station Commander, conducted joint Drug Buy-Bust operation together with PDEA-10 at Daumar St., Brgy. 33 CDOC, under Pre-Ops Nr 30002-012023-0340,which resulted to the arrest of suspect.

Bought from Suspect was one (1) pc. sachet of alleged shabu in consideration of our Php 500.00 bill marked buy-bust money bearing serial number GT593329, as fruit of the buy-bust and incidental to a lawful arrest seized and confiscated from Archie was one (1) pc. Red plastic container containing three (3) pcs. Sachet of alleged shabu also recovered the buy-bust money.

The seized shabu has a total street value of Php 2,720.00 a total weight of 0.4 grams. Inventory of seized evidence were done in presence of, Menzie Montes of iFm Radio, Kag. Junrie Abarquez of brgy. 33, CDOC and DOJ representative Melody Liguid.

The suspect is now detained at PS2-COCPO Custodial Facility, Case being prepared for filing and for proper disposition.
