COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director has informed the general public pertaining to the successful arrest of JOHN ALFRED DOLIA GENOSO, 18 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Celrai, Puntod, CDOC for illegal possession and control of One plastic transparent cellophane containing alleged Marijuana, a dangerous drug on January 24, 2023, about 4:45 AM at Julio Pacana St., Barangay Puntod, CDOC.

In his report, on the above mentioned time, date and place, Personnel of PS5 together with Oro Tanods of Barangay Puntod, CDOC conducted intensified police visibility/roving at the said place that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Confiscated from his direct possession and control were One plastic transparent cellophane containing alleged Marijuana, a dangerous drug; Cellphone-iPhone and lighter. Said confiscated dangerous drug has estimated weight of 2 grams worth Php 1,000.00.

Inventory was witnessed/signed and acknowledged by media representative Jonathan Bullo and Kagawad Job T Bunjoc. Likewise, suspect was informed of his Constitutional Rights in a dialect that he could understand.

The said suspect was placed under custody of PS5 while cases are being prepared for filing.

PCOL Mandia reiterates to the general public that COCPO will strengthened in its relentless efforts on anti-criminality and anti-illegal drug operations to ensure public safety in the community. Hence, appropriate award and citations is being prepared to the deserving personnel.
