COCPO- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director lauds the team from Police Station 6 Puerto for the successful serving the ALIAS Warrant of Arrest for violation of 3 COUNTS SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES to ERNESTO CAASALAN JR y CHAN a.k.a ERNESTO C. CAASALAN, 41 years old, single, formerly employed at HANJIN SHIPBUILDING COMPANY AND/OR WANBOL CAMP, Subic Bay Free Port Zone, Olongapo City, Central Luzon and currently residing at Zone 2, Brgy. Agusan, CDOC on January 23, 2023 at around 06:00 PM at Police Station 6, Purok 3, Brgy. Puerto, CDOC.

In his report, in relation to National Police Clearance System (NPCS) and OTBT at aforesaid date, time and place, PS6-COCPO Personnel led by PMAJ PETER L. TAJOR, STACOM., formally served the ALIAS Warrant of Arrest to the above-named accused for violation of 3 COUNTS SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES (RPC ART. 263), docketed under Criminal Case No. 79-12(4), 80-12(4), 81-12(4), with bail recommended of Php 18,000.00, duly issued and signed by Presiding Judge of MTCC 3rd Judicial Region of Branch 1, Olongapo City, Zambales, given on January 4, 2022.

The aforesaid accused is now temporarily detained to PS6 and to be turn-over to the issuing court.

PCOL Mandia, cited the significant accomplishment of PS6 personnel and appropriate award is being prepared to the deserving COCPO personnel. Likewise, made an appeal to the listening public to avoid any engagement to illegal activities and be responsible enough on all our actions.
