marks the successful serving of Warrant of Arrest of COCPO PS4 tracker team which resulted to the arrest of other wanted person a certain JOHN KENNETH HONDANA LASIN, 29 years old, single, a resident of Summer Light, Magsaysay, Polomolok, South Cotabato that transpired on February 23, 2023 at around 10:10 AM at V Neri St, Brgy. Carmen, CDOC.
On the aforesaid date, time and place, PS4-COCPO Tracker Team led by PCPT LORENZO C. OCON JR., Deputy Stacom, under supervision by PMAJ MARIO N. MANTALA JR., Stacom, conducted Intelligence Driven Manhunt Charlie Operation against Other Wanted Person, which resulted in the successful arrest of the aforesaid accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING IN HOMICIDE ( RPC 365 ) docketed under Criminal Case No. M-CDO-23-00053-CR, with fixed SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (60, 000.00) bail bond recommended duly issued & signed by HON. FAY L GARCIA SASIS, Presiding Judge of MTCC 10th Judicial Region Branch 4, Cagayan de Oro City, dated January 30, 2023.
PCOL AARON M MANDIA, CD, COCPO emphasized to the general public that your Higalang Pulis COCPO will sustained on its manhunt Charlie operation by serving warrant of arrest to other wanted person.
Aforesaid accused is now temporarily detained at PS4 Custodial Facility and to be brought to the issuing court for commitment.
An appropriate award and citations is being prepared to the deserving COCPO personnel, added PCOL Mandia.
