Cagayan de Oro City Police Office personnel under the leadership of PCOL AARON M MANDIA< City Director, participated the launching of Dragon Boat Clinic, a program of Cagayan de Oro City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) to on-going Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) and graduates. This is in celebration of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) with Dr Rhyselle Bernadette M. Descallar, Head of the Oro Citizen’s Wellness and Dev’t. Center. Trainor’s of this clinic were the members of Carmen Dragon Boat Team. The activity was held at Duaw Park, Cagayan de Oro City.
