Under the leadership of PCOL SALVADOR N RADAM, City Director, the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) recently conducted a mass oath-taking and pinning of ranks ceremony at the Barangay Macasandig Covered Court in Cagayan de Oro City. PCOL RADAM congratulated a total of 218 newly promoted Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs), emphasizing that their new ranks come with greater commitment and responsibility. He encouraged them to serve as role models of competence, discipline, excellence, and professionalism within the organization.
