On February 22, 2023 9:00 AM, COCPO personnel headed by PLTCOL REY GAUDENCIO A TABOCLAON, RPK Assessment & Board Chairperson, PLTCOL EVAN N VIÑAS, Vice Chairperson, PMAJ MIKE D CAVAN, OIC STACOM PS9, PDEA Agent Intelligence Officer 2 Salido, Punong Barangays under PS9, CBDRP Managers, BADAC Representatives, Local Stakeholders, Force Multipliers, and partner Faith-Based Leaders/Volunteers conducted cascading of BIDA Program of DILG and Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN of PNP dubbed as “BIDA ang KASIMBAYANAN sa Barangay” held at Conference Hall, Brgy. Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City.
This activity aims the participants to learn and understand the programs of the government such as the “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan” or “BIDA Program” of the DILG and “Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan” of the PNP as well as to strengthen the partnership between the PNP and the general public through education and consultative meetings/engagements.
Topics discussed during the meeting were as follows but not limited to: Crime Situation, Drug Affectation level, BIDA Program, Revitalized PNP Kasimbayanan, Drug Clearing activities of the PDEA and PNP. Activity ended at around 11:30 AM of the same date.
