Cagayan de Oro City Police Office headed by PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director, together with the athletes from Police Regional Office 10 participated the Opening Ceremony of the Inter-Agency Sport Festival dubbed as HIMUGSO 2023. Said activity was graced by Mayor Rolando “Klarex” A. Uy, City Mayor and Mis. Or Governor Peter Unabia together with the presence of City Councilors of CDOC.
