Cagayan de Oro City Police Office- City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of COCPO led by PMAJ ALDREN E BACULIO, OIC and CIU-COCPO jointly conducted drug buy-bust operation on February 7, 2023 at about 2:20 PM at Zone 5, Lower Bugo, CdoC that resulted to the arrest of certain Emma Oleverio y Pelarion, female, 48 years old, married, resident of Zone 5, Lower Bugo, CDOC.

The said operation was in coordination with PDEA 10 under pre-ops no. 30002-022023-011.

Bought from the suspect was 1 pc. sachet of heat sealed transparent plastic cellophane containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu worth 500 pesos.

Recovered from the suspect’s possession and control (1) one color red pouch containing seven (7) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic cellophane containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of MOL 15 grams with total market value of Php102,000.00 pesos and buybust money consist of one five hundred peso bill with serial number VE649451.

Markings and photographs were made at the scene in the presence of Brgy. Kagawad of Brgy. Bugo, CdOC and representative of iFM reporter. The operation was equipped with BWC serial no. TD51080044730.

Suspect is now under custody of CDEU for case filing.

The City Director marks the significant accomplishment of both CDEU and CIU of COCPO. “I Strongly remind the listening public to stop any engagement to illegal drug activities that will compromise your safety and jeopardize your liberty, instead, value your family and chose a way of living that is acceptable to norms and standards of society” added PCOL Mandia.

An appropriate awards and citations is being prepared for the deserving COCPO personnel.
