Cagayan de Oro City Police Office- PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director is determined to launch more Anti-illegal drug operations this after the successful arrest of a certain REY PALATOLON y Serona, 18yrs old, male, single, jobless and resident of Galaxy Gusa, CDOC for Violation of RA 9165 during buy-bust operation of COCPO operatives that transpired on February 12, 2023, around 5:00 AM at Sitio Lawesbra Lapasan, CDOC.

In his report to higher Office, PS3 SAIDT led by PCPT MACARIO LIM LINOG Jr., OIC Stacom, PS 3 Agora, conducted a Drug buy-bust operation under pre ops. # 30002-022023-021.Bought from the suspect a one (1) pc. heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu worth Php 500 and incidental to his lawful arrest, seized and confiscated from his actual possession and control another One (1) pc. Big heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated weight of MOL 5 grams with a total estimated DDB street value of Php 34,000 and the Php 500 bill recorded buybust money.

He added, the inventory of the confiscated pieces of evidence was done in the presence of Media representative of Magnum radio, and Kagawad of Brgy Lapasan, earnest effort made by operating team in contacting DOJ but proved futile.

Furthermore, that during the buy-bust operation, the operating team were equipped with body worn camera in recording the said operation, with brand name TD TECH MODEL EC310 with serial number 5203109B19109584.

PCOL AARON MONTALAN MANDIA, City Director lauds the remarkable accomplishment of the PS3 operating team which is the result of their intensified Anti-illegal drug campaign in coordination with PNP counterparts targeting individual/s who are still in the engagement of illegal drugs activity.

PCOL Mandia further stressed that the arrested suspect presently held under the custodial facility of PS3 Agora for proper documentation and case filing. ###
