COCPO NETS 23 SLI IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPERATORS
Cagayan de Oro City Police Office – PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director, COCPO reported to PBGEN LAWRENCE B COOP, Regional Director, PRO 10 the arrest of 23 persons of which it was classified as Sreet Level Target (SLI) covering the period from February 6-12, 2023.
Based on the report of City Operations Unit, COCPO recorded a total of 18 operations which involved buy-bust operations, service of search warrant and warrant of arrests resulted in reducing the number of HVI and SLI in the province.
The PNP intends to clear drug affected barangays across the country, conduct no let up operations against illegal drugs personalities and dismantle drug syndicates by destroying the backbone of illegal drug network operating in the country.
The City’s top cop vows to launch more operations during his tenure as City Director of COCPO. He also reminded the men and women of COCPO to keep reinvigorating its anti-illegal drugs campaign plan to ensure peace and order situation in the city ##
