PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director of COCPO congratulates the men and women of COCPO for securing several lined-up activities during the week-long celebration of the Chinese New Year Festival 2023. The collaborative efforts from COCPO Police, Stakeholders, Organizers and Force Multipliers has come to fruition as it results in a safe and peaceful conduct of all the activities being showcased during the annual celebration considered one of the prestigious occasion of Cagayan de Oro City with the active support from the community.
PCOL Mandia has to overwhelm with the positive outcome of the entire celebration with no untoward incident transpiring within the city and continue thru encouraging the general public to support their Higalang Pulis in all their engagement in the community to complement by giving the best public service we can and to help achieve our ultimate goal for peace and for the safety of the public we serve in every activity being conducted in the community.
