On March 31, 2023, at 8:00 AM, COCPO personnel under the leadership of PCOL AARON M MANDIA, City Director, completed the 3-day Community Based training conducted by TESDA 10 in performing Basic Masonry Works (Concrete Hollow Block Making) held at Xavier Ecoville Multi-Purpose hall, Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City together with the ladies of Karancho Lumbia Chapter, female residents of Xavier Ecoville and Grade 12 students of Lumbia National High School . This activity aims to inform and engage women and everyone to push for gender-responsive government program in relation to 2023 National Women’s Month Celebration.
