Cagayan de Oro City – The Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Personnel under the leadership of Police Colonel SALVADOR N RADAM, City Director successfully conducted it’s 4th wave of “Peace and Order Drive at about 8:00 in the evening of April 5, 2024 wherein 9 suspects were arrested and in custody of COCPO and that same event transpired at Barangay Macabalan, this city.

In a report made by Police Colonel Radam to Police Brigadier General RICARDO G LAYUG JR., Regional Director of Police Regional Office 10, he said that out of 9 suspects, 6 individuals were arrested after they were caught on the act dispensing/ selling illegal drugs (Shabu) through buy bust Operation, 2 were issued OVR after committed infraction and 1 arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Murder.

Police Colonel SALVADOR N RADAM, City Director of COCPO spearhead the Fourth Wave of Peace and Order drive in every chosen barangay in collaboration with barangay local officials along with the top officials of COCPO, topping the lists, the second man of COCPO Police Lieutenant Colonel DUPHAR CHRIS A CUARESMA, Deputy City Director for Administration along with Police Lieutenant Colonel REY GAUDENCIO A TABOCLAON, Deputy City Director for Operations, Police Lieutenant Colonel MARIANO WENRECTO O DELA PEÑA, Chief, City Investigation Detection and Management Unit, Police Lieutenant Colonel GIL MANALO AGPAOA, Chief, City Intelligence Unit, Police Lieutenant Colonel ERNESTO NIEBITO M DAING, Chief, City Community Affairs and Development Unit, Police Lieutenant Colonel EVAN N VIÑAS, Chief of City Mobile Patrol Unit/Public Information Officer and the host Police Station with Police Major RUTHERFORD T ONDIN, Station Commander of Police Station 5 Macabalan and other officers and COCPO personnel.

The said operation is line with the mandates of the newly installed Chief PNP to strengthen our Anti-Criminality Campaign focusing on Anti-Illegal Drugs Opns, Anti-Illegal Gambling opns and Arrest of Most and Other Wanted Person.

COCPO leadership extend it’s heartfelt gratitude to the LGU of Brgy. Macabalan under the esteemed Brgy. Chairman Saniel Raypon and members of his Brgy.
