The first part of the program is a lecture on RA 9262, Be Faithful by Pastor Ligmon, Ellan KCSA and it was followed by the program proper (singing of the Philippine National Anthem, prayer, welcome remarks given by City Director, COCPO, PCOL AARON M MANDIA, a messages from the following: Brgy Chairman of Brgy Dansolihon, Hon. Franco R Montano, Hon. ROLANDO KLAREX UY given by Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, City Administrator LGU-CDO, and message from PBGEN LAWRENCE BALDAN COOP, RD, PRO 10 delivered by PCOL ELIAS D HAMPAC, C, RCADD, PRO 10. It was followed by the ceremonial turn-over of Quick Impact projects such as Solar Street Lights to the community of Sitio Tambo and the distribution of Slippers, back packs, food packs, Pack of Rice, pack lunch and ice cream to children and parents as beneficiaries of the said community outreach program.

Services offered during the activity includes free tuli and free medical and dental check up courtesy from Regional Medical and Dental Unit personnel and Regional Health Service 10, free haircut, mobile library from City Mobile Force Company and feeding program initiated by RCADD personnel in partnership with Stakeholders and partners.

The program was purposely conducted to bring the basic services to the very doorstep of the community specifically in areas identified as geographically isolated and disadvantage areas (GIDAS) in the hinterland barangays of Cagayan de Oro in partnership with Stakeholders, other Government agencies and the LGU, as part of the counterinsurgency efforts of the PNP through the implementation of the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay and Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN which also aims to support the implementation of National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) by assuring to the community of the Government’s sincere efforts to peace and development.
