A SCHOOL TEACHER AND HER PARAMOUR FACING CRIMINAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RAPS
COCPO- PCOL AARON MANDIA, City Director lauded the efforts of Police Stn 4 under the supervision of PMAJ MARIO MANTALA after they successfully assisted the victim whom his legal wife engaged in an ilicit relationship with her co-teacher a high school principal.
On September 17, 2022 at about 1:08 in the after while at Hightime Inn particularly at Room #120, Tejero St., Kauswagan Cagayan De Oro City. The Victim (name with held meantime) Axxxx Fxxxxxx, a member of Philippibe Army, 34 years old, married, male a res. of Zone-10 Impantao Bulua, Cagayan De Oro City along with the personnel of COCPS4 spearheded by PLT LORENZO OCON, Deputy Station Commander cornered and caught on the act the duo identified as: Rxxxx Fxxx, 36 years old, a Teacher by profession at Camaman-an National High School, married, female a resident of Zone -10, Impantao Bulua, Cagayan De Oro City. and Jxxxx Gxxxx, a school principal of Macasandig National High School, 40 yrs old, married a resident of Upper Woodland Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City inside a private room whom the duo are not husband and wife, thus constitute a crime of adultery on the part of the wife of the complainant.
The responding personnel acted a call for police assistance made by the complainant in coordination with the establishment able to enter the rented room of the duo, did there and then brought the suspects at the office for booking after the complainant/victim identified his legal wife having ilicit relationship with the abovementioned paramour.
The duo are now under the custody of the concern unit while an appropriate case is being readed.
The official stated that the holy matrimony shall be respected and shall at all times be honored by the couple.
Meantime, the City Director announces that an appropriate citations be conferred with the involved dedicated personnel of COCPO.##
